went the law is not applied fairly and equally there is no law, just a fight for survival… nothing more, nothing less. Cops are there to PEACE KEEPING and not out looking for LAW BREAKERS at all. The police was never meant to be involved in ticketing or any such. They were to keep the peace. Go to South Korea and see how respectful they are to EVERYONE even when stopped for speeding or other traffic laws. They have to treat you with the most respect because YOU PAY THEIR WAGES.
