I am not a smoker but have been around it all my life.I would rather have a person under the influence of marijuana driving me than one that had consumed alcohol. Also, I have been educated by the police/gov. in the fact that it is “the gateway drug”, what a load of crap. It is the first used by addicts because it is the cheepest but the most available.Legalize it,make money for the states because whether it’s legal or not it is being consumed.Definately, put restrictions like that of alcohol.

I don’t smoke it but I say it should be legal. One of the major reasons it’s not is because it can’t be easily taxed like tobacco can. Everyone knows it. Tobacco kills millions every year, but no studies have ever been done on sweet Marry Jane. Alchohole leads to hundereds of deaths every year but I don’t think MJ does.

The entire principle of medical marijuana is to make marijuana available to those who HONESTLY NEED IT. Yet, in spite of that, my friend’s brother went to a doctor, told the doctor that he had frequent anxiety attacks (total lie), told him that he needed marijuana to cure them, and walked out of there with a prescription for marijuana that he can refill whenever he wants. And all the doctor did was check his temperature, heart rate, and blood pressure. The system is flawed and corrupt.

Nobody’s forcing you to believe it, and I honestly don’t care that you don’t. But I know it’s true, I heard about this from my friend AND his brother (the one who lied to the doctor in the first place), and that’s all there is to it. Some doctors are just dishing out prescriptions to any schmuck who can fake a mental disorder.
